Colored tags for a record. A tag can auto-move a record to a stage — or to the Lost section — when you pick it.
Tick the columns to show on the computer grid, and use the arrows to reorder. Only affects your own view.
Drag to reorder. Turn a resource off to hide it from the New entry list without deleting its past entries. A color already used by another resource is locked.
Office can edit everything. A salesman is view only and sees only the entries shared with them.
